So for the last few weeks we’ve had my wife’s nephew living with us as he visits. He’s 18 years old, but has not really had the experiences my wife or I had at that age. He’s shy, quiet, and unsure of himself. He makes silly decisions and goes impulse to impulse.
It’s been a real eye opener I can assure you! We’ve seen and experienced all the pitfalls one needs to look out for. We’re excited to help our children avoid some of these pitfalls. We still have some small hopes that we’ll be able to help the boy with our advice, maybe even push him into a direction which will help him for his future.
