Video Screening Room
--Below is the very first thing I did in 3D and Video Description:
Interface Design Final:
Outpost 320 was originally going to be a short 10-15 minute movie/space
opera. We got the name from the fact that FSU's Computer Art Lab is room 320.
But due to time and the fact that we had never done anything remotely like this,
myself and Erik Gamache decided to cut it to a 3 minute trailer. It was nice
to know that the two of us could do something like this when in comparison to
it the class I was in (25+ strong) took the same amount of time to do a 1 1/2
minute webble wobble animation.
Now as for what was used. Lightwave 3D was used for all CG shots. Blue screen
was composited in Premiere 4.0 and the music and SFX were hammered out in Sound
Forge 4.0. I would like to thank the many people who helped make this. Ryan
for holding the camera when Erik and I where both in front of it. The Meteorology
Dept for letting us unknowingly run around thier hallways at 1 am and for
the use of thier tiny blue screen and room. There are others I'd like to thank
but find that if I make this to long of a read you won't get to the good stuff.('97)
Spring semesters Video class project:
Finally got time to upload it... Here's the latest video project. You
might be able to tell by the end that I was running out of time. I tend to get
really ambitious but never start when I need to.. :) Any ways have fun viewing
it.('99)
Finals for my last two 3D Studio Max classes:
The first one is Stewie from the Family Guy ('99) and the other is a
"Haunted VR House" that I did with 3 other people('99).

Lighting, Motoin and Texture mapping Class Final
This is something that I worked on for a class, it was to show enviromental
animation (fire). Of course it was going to be a MUCH larger project but like
always I bit off way more than I could chew. Still over all, the fire came out
rather well and the mech walking as well. Perhaps if I get some time this summer
I'll finish it up.('2K)

Acting and Movement Class Final
Mr. Peppin, what can I say. the man pushes you to your social limits and then
wants it on tape. For our final we had to put on video ourselves acting out
different things. From running, jumping, falling, singing, dancing and morphing
expressions. This clip is in "video" format. I wrote and preformed
the song back in the early 90's. Yes that is ME singing hehe.. also playing
the bass, my buddy Mike was on the drums and we did it in an old rented storage
unit in about 2 hours. I think the video took longer to make. Maybe some day
I'll be on VH1 or Mtv's "where are they now?" =)('2K)
